What would be your all-time favourite Cranes track and why?
Don't scream it out off the top of your lungs at a gig but tell 'em here! |

It's not a simple question.
If it's a "take it or leave it" game, then I would go for "Adoration",but I can't live without many other masterpieces like "Adrift","Everywhere","Beautiful Friend","Cloudless","Fragile","The Maker of Heavenly Trousers" and I could go on citing many more,as they are relating with particular moments in my mood and life phases.
What a teasing questions,my friend!

for me it's been 'Paris and Rome' for a while - it's one of the most wonderful songs I've ever heard.
but when you're talking about one of your favourite bands, it's hard to choose just one, as Texdionis said _________________ http://inyourhouse.caixapreta.org |

Wow, I knew this would come up. It's hard to pick. I really like Lilies and Sweet Unknown, but honestly I love them all in some way or another. It seems every disc is another wonderful surprise. _________________

I agree with the other posts - hard to pick just one. It all depends on my mood at the moment.
But if I was forced to choose, the first that comes to mind would probably be September. That one just kills me everytime. |

SEPTMEBER - I love that song- I wish they would play it live -just once!
The words... oh the words. PERFECT andf secretly poignant - good choice.
Although i have to say my all time favourite is still ADRIFT with Cloudless
and Sixth of May a very close second. |

Anyone have a recording?? That would be heavenly. I think I asked this at the time on the old forum and never got a response. |

tangled up, it's an absolutely beautiful song (and my current favorite!) beautiful friend would be nice too, its such a lovely melody, and really tugs at the old heartstrings. _________________ "killing myself for the perfect honeymoon" - christian death
